I’ll be 50 at the end of this year, and I can attest to the efficacy of the rocking. I do Pilates-esque movements, and and have made quick gains-it’s astonishing how quickly this works! ALWAYS do compound movements for efficiency & body balance! 👍

Wow Tim, you will not believe this I was playing around with something similar this morning before I watched your video. The “look-around-to-your-back-pocket” is what I meant by the 3 o’clock position in my previous comment. Whereas the one o’clock position is just off your centre to the right. (Or eleven o’clock to the left.). Interestingly, today I explored rocking on both arms and then reaching with left arm to the one-o’clock position across my body when I went to the right side. When I was rocking to the left side I reached my right arm to the 3 o’clock position to the right to explore a wider side stretch. I did this ten times to the right then I switched to on the left. I really felt it! I recorded it for myself as “Rock around the clock!!” I love how you encourage people to explore the possibilities within your own abilities. I love your “Churn the butter” description too. Regards, Raymond from Melbourne, Australia.

Maybe try rocking to the edge of your restriction and just hanging out there while you breathe. Sometimes exhalations allow us to find further range of motion or they even melt away restrictions. Don’t be aggressive. Just curious and patient. That’s my first thought.
