I just watched the interview with the great one himself. I heard of Orimipe in that interview and I googled the name... what a great son you are.. My prayer is that I will have a child that will keep my name on after I depart... be proud man... your father was a great man.... when I feel a little lonely in US, his music lifts up my spirit and takes me back home...

This's emotional for me and at the same time I'm happy that my favourite musician lives on may his soul rest in perfect peace we missed you so much . His coming to my home town Ifewara playing for my brother's club in the 70's&80's that memory can never be traded for anything rest on Baba kennery .

Pa owomoyela is a living legend and wil continue to be,am not a Yoruba boy though but I grew up listening to virtually all babas record thanks to my dad for tHat , though my dad doesn’t speak or understand Yoruba but he told me then that Kennery music is Original Nd and Art as well. Orimipe....I love your dad's music sooooo much and believe me you are a cabon copy in every sense of the word.....do try and make a video of this great music. @Francis Sola, you must be a very young brother. Baba Owoh mentioned Orimipe in his old records. Iya Orimipe aya Orlando, another was baba Orimipe and baba Tokunbo. He mentioned Orimipe and Tokunbo more than any of his other children in his records.
