This was a great baseball game. The Orioles are for real. Facing a top 3 team with 2 of the best SP in the league on the road and almost winning Both nights. Good to see Baltimore back playing so well.

@@TheCybercoco - not sure what your trying to say. I’m an O’s fan. But The Braves are a powerhouse team. Best in the NL arguably, and in fact WERE the 3rd best team by record heading into the game. But it’s early in season. Nobody knows what will happen, but I can promise that ATL likely wins their division and will be a favorite to represent the NL in the WS. (I know I know Phillies fans, you may beat them in the end, I can see that too). But, What’s impressive is that the Orioles faced their 2 best pitchers, 2 of the very best in the entire MLB, and easily won game 1 and almost won game 2. These games spoke more to how good the Orioles are becoming than to how good/bad the Braves are. The Braves will be there in postseason, I promise that.

As far as losses go, this ones not so bad. Losing by 1 run on the road to arguably the most talented team in baseball. The O's can hang with the best of them. Encouraging considering they lost 110 games 2 years ago and have the 2nd lowest payroll. The rebuild is coming along nicely.

@@kevinb-rad20 Even then, the editing isn’t good. We hardly see the crucial hits prior to the RBI; all we see is a Pillar two run shot but you have to build it up better and show how the other guy’s AB. They were clearly rushed. It’s like MLB is paying someone via FIVERR to edit games quickly.

But I think since there are so many MLB games everyday and they all need to be edited that they just give you the short version in order to get it out faster. Problem is, especially with Braves games, it takes 3 hours + after the game is over to watch these highlights…

Considering the O's play in the best division and are on the road against the best nl team and strider was on tonite for the braves, impressive stuff, even our loses are competitive now. No easy series against the O's anymore. Was as good as a loss could be, let's go O's!

​@TJ Caldwell As an actual Braves fan, don't listen to that fake fan...Orioles are a great team with plenty of potential playoff success once your front office simply spend some money at deadline for SP. However, Max Fried wasn't getting close strike calls the other day, and the bullpen completely blew it for us. Don't expect a win against Fried if we face again. Also, the defense is a struggle with Grissom, but once we get Arcia back, it's back to one of the top defenses in the league. Also, once we get Travis D back at that DH spot we can have someone other than Ozuna and the offense gets much better.

Falcons and Hawks fan love to say the national media hates Atlanta, nope the Braves are loved because they make the right decisions with personal. Great front office work , amazing scouting department, they let go and fire people at the right time. Been watch all three team since 1988 and the brave truly went from worst to first and never looked back in 91. 💯 Love the Braves

Closers are the most overrated position in baseball, Felix Bautista proves it. His stats might look good on paper, sorta. There's an underlying theme with this dude that no one talks about, he puts guys on base, he gives up home runs he walks guys, overthrows, under throws. Honestly wouldn't be THAT surprising if these two ended up going against each other at the end of the post season. A bit of a stretch for the Os because, as nearly always, the starting rotation isn't exactly world beaters with no true number 1 as of yet. There's a few guys who have the stuff to be an ace but haven't got there yet. Braves of course are a top 3 team regardless of record just on the amount of talent they have. But the Os offense could carry them all the way if they keep it up and play as they are clearly capable of. If they make some moves to acquire a good rental arm or two for that rotation they are going to be a handful for ANY team. Which is amazing as an Os fan. Here's to the inevitable disappointment caused by ownership being totally incompetent.
