I installed the Orion rack on my RAM Promaster 159" high roof by myself also. I installed it followed by 600W of solar panels in the South Texas heat over a period of 2 weeks. Most people won't take that long, but I'm a 65 yr old female & had the luxury of extra time. There was swearing, lots of breaks & a few cold beers in between. Those beers were well-deserved! It's an awesome rack.

Right on! I've been there and I don't know what the Texas heat is like, but the Ohio heat was bad enough!

@@roamingwithjosh I knock off for the day when the interior temp of the van hits 106. 104, if I'm being lazy - ha ha! I'm in an area with high humidity - generally around 60%.
