MiWay D40LFR 0725 Charter

In August of 2024, a group of transit enthusiasts chartered MiWay 0725, a New Flyer D40LFR from 2007 for a ride around the MiWay service area, visiting several locations for photos and Central Parkway Garage for a drive around tour. As 2024 marked the 50th anniversary of Mississauga Transit, several destination signs were programmed in order to honour former routes, rollsigns and destinations. This was not organized by a club, just by a well organized member of the enthusiast community who was willing to work with the necessary industry contacts to make the event happen. Looking forward to more!

Just like in a car, the brakes would normally be worn in the forward direction, so when you use the brakes while in reverse, they would make noises.
