Following bhante explanation and Following your breathing in and out. At first, my leg and ankles really hurt, i though my ankle going to break but i get attention back on the breathing again and the pain gradually disappeared. What i though was 5 minutes was 20 minutes. I been meditating about 2 years on and off. But with this method it seem to be working well for me. Thanks bhante Pin Sem Maha Thera. Whatever we perceive it goes to the mano via nerve. How we interpret the circumstances the emotions arise. Either we like, hate it or neutral. Things we liked is kamma tanha. Things we dislike is vibhava tanha. Things we feel neutral is bhava tanha.
