He specifically says “if you pay me $2000 your gonna get the Orlando that acts high/drunk/crazy” insinuating that if your willing to pay more then a decent and intellectual discussion can be had. Now in the clip shown, Orlando takes out an envelope and counts the money, it was around the $2000 mark.
