Lots and lots of intense CBT therapy. Even after all of the therapy tho, you are still left with residual trauma. You can learn to surround yourselves with those that make you feel safe and loved, but you're right, you never completely heal. You just get to a point to where it's not so paralyzing is all.

I know myself because I do it pretending to ppl I'm OK when I definitely aren't. When ur abused by somebody especially when ur a kid ur conditioned by fear from telling anyone because u know what will happen if anyone catches wind of it. U know what they will do to u so u become an expert in hiding the abuse. When ur a child not only does abuse cause damage to a child's developing brain bt those coping mechanisms become ur personality too. U didnt have one before because ur a child & personality grows with u as a person into adolescence & adulthood. So it becomes part of who u are so everytime ur deeply struggling u have learned to become self reliant on keeping it all bottled up to yourself. Nobody taught I how to identify or deal with those emotions. Childhood abuse makes a child withdraw into themselves &internalise it. So it's even worse for those who were children even more so than it is for adults because children don't know who they were before. They never got that chance to become that dya get me? So u learn to cope by pretending ur ok when ur not & because its happened so early on as a kid u don't know anything else & u can't because u don't trust ppl so u bottle it up & just keep smiling like ur ok when u definitely aren't. Foe kids that becomes who u are u deal with everything like that alone because that's how u have always had to be & because u had to do it all alone as a kid. It's not always that straight forward. There's acting like for a job, there's acting as in an awful person who is heartless to cause pain to others. Then there are those who dnt do it because they are mean they just pretend they are ok because they don't want to burden anyone & only know how to deal with those things that way because they always had to do it alone before. So it's not as quite as black or white as that u see. Don't do it because ur being deceitful it's nothing like that it's because u feel ur letting everyone down to not see u strong.

I think what we are seeing is someone that has a lot of trauma. He has been saying this for a long time. People are only listening because it involves diddy. Neither him or Jaguar Wright are crazy. Speaking out is probably saving their life. If something happens right now….. the gate keepers are the main suspects. Its so easy to make fun of mentally disabled people.
