If you do self check in and print your own boarding pass from home with no baggage claim, you can just go right to security check point and it's on level 3. And then you take a shuttle to your gate. Is that correct? Sorry I have flew for a while and this airport give me anxiety and feeling lost. Thanks in advance.

correct, you just have to be clear about your terminal and go directly to the security point. you pass and take the train to the Gate. THANKS for watching
