I like the idea of finding yourself in nature. A wise woman once said that the reason we Can feel so close to the spiritual realm in nature is because in nature we are surrounded by perfect obedience. Every tree, every animal, and every rock is doing exactly what it’s supposed to be doing.

Fascinating! I definitely feel this whenever I am in nature. On a related note, the Japanese have a thing called “forest bathing” in which people wander around in nature absorbing all of what nature has to offer the senses. This helps people’s physical and mental wellbeing
