That burger place was great, a little drive away from the touristy areas but as you’ll see in the next video the town itself is beautiful to explore so well worth it! It was probably the most stressful travel day we’ve had but worth it in the end 😊

We didn’t have much choice really, if your flight is operating you either go or lose your money but we had the security of staying with our friends rather than being stuck in a hotel so that made life much easier 😊

That lounge sounded good until it got too busy! $5 burgers, what a good deal and French fries with it too! I am glad you enjoy flying, I made 3 trips to England in 1985, 89 and 95. Then Sept. 11 2001 happened! I will never fly again, I didn’t enjoy it before and after that never again! It even bothers me to see you in a plane! Glad you had a good time.

Oh that burger deal was a steal! I wouldn’t go as far as to say we enjoy flying but the more you do it the easier it becomes and you get the reward of the destination 😊

Yeah it done a lot of damage along the east coast but luckily staying inland with our friends we dodged the worst of it 😊

You were lucky :-) I was supposed to fly from Amsterdam to Orlando on November 9th, and ended up in Tampa. Luckily I'd been able to warn my friend in time, so he just picked me up there and it was actually closer to where he lives. Other passengers had to take a bus, which took them to a train station in Orlando as the airport was completely closed. No such problems on my way back on February 1st / 2nd 🙂 Next trip will be June 14th, Amsterdam - Atlanta - Tampa and back on September 6th / 7th 🙂

We did hand luggage only last year . 2 adults 2 teens for 2 weeks . It was so much easier .

Definitely! We waiting over an hour for our main luggage the other day so next time we will be going back to hand luggage 😂
