⭐⭐⭐ Good video work as usual Joe. Nice property. However, one would expect for the asking price to have epoxy floors in the garage. Furthermore, every bathroom should have glass-doors in shower/bathtub, and shampoo niche in all bathrooms, no wire shelving in closets. Having said that, I would have get rid off the carpet throughout the house due to my spouse's allergies, and add a pot-filler in kitchen since we use ours all of the time. In addition, add a swimming pool. Moreover, in answer to your question, would I screen the upper porch?...Yes simply because you're in Florida and mosquitos won't let you enjoy the outdoors. You're right, At this price, there's a lot of things that should be higher in the upgrades including no wire shelves and full glass. Hello Joe, a wonderful house. The small covered terrace at the entrance and this huge entrance with the stairs really make a difference. Of course, the main room with the kitchen too. Yes, there can never be enough space. The two 3-fold sliding doors and the backard area are also very nice. The staircase is really a small highlight, as is the loft area with the balcony. Hey Joe. Huge home. The front flex space already starting with the upgrades. Because there’s a closet, it could be classified as a bedroom, right? Such a large home; surprised it doesn’t have the breakfast space/nook and a formal dining room or area. The island is lovely. Like that cubby/work area. Storage and drop zone. Outdoor living space is nice. Just needs a pool. Spacious primary. Love the size of shower. Was that triangular thing supposed to be a seat? Although the white risers look nice, they tend to get scuffed up easily. A house this big should have an en-suite in every bedroom. No Jack and jills. So many entertainment areas. The outside flex space. The media room with balcony. Upstairs is so grand that with those 2 spaces, there should’ve been a wet bar with fridge and sink. Microwave. This second bathroom upstairs with the shower and bench is amazing. Don’t care for those ceramic or glass shelves/dishes. Too small. As you, prefer the niches. Now with the primary downstairs, thought the laundry is where the primary is unless there are upper and lower laundry rooms. The bedrooms quite spacious. Nice home Joe. See you next video.
