The designers and builders of these home are so young and are living their best lives! I love it! Wish I would have stuck with architecture when I was younger and attempting to learn. Now I sell insurance.

I was a mechanical engineer but 10 years ago jumped into real estate, it's never too late to do something you're passionate about and interested in. But yes, capturing their energy was awesome and the project turned out amazing. thanks for watching

What is the price

This one is not for sale. But the renovation itself was well over $1M. Unique/rare homes like this are very difficult to price- when they do finally want to sell it, it will go for a record high price for the area.
