Refreshing, different, and surprisingly lyrical. Turning what seems like a cumbersome instrument upside down. If he was in 1940s New York he would be the talk of the town

I honestly didn’t think a bassoonist had the faculties to improvise. It’s certainly not an instrument you expect to hear played this way. That said very cool on all the tracks!
