Dear, Indira Gandhi reduced the pension s of soldiers from 70% to 34-35% & not 50%. Soldiers retire early @ the age of 33 - 38yrs after serving for 15 - 18yrs of service. 50% Pension was give to those Soldiers who served for 32yrs. Good Luck Justice.

For the last 70 years MoD meanz ministry of Defence is without a single exservicemen. In fact it is MoCis ministry of Civilians. Hence there must be 50% exservicemen from peon to Chief Secretary and Chairman to justify our demands. Also every .news of XS must be shown on each TV C channel. Why the Supre Court not standing on its own promise. The lakhs exservicemen pensioners are above 60s and Senior Citizens of the country. There is a Senior Citizen Act enacted by parliament that priority should be given to Senior Citizens of the country in Supreme Court and other subordinate courts. OROP case pending since 4 yrs. Thousands of exservicemen pensioners are dying year by year. Is it not denying the fundamental right under Art 21 of Indian Constitution? A politian or a jounalist case can be heard during nights and holidays by SC. Why not exservicemen pensioners? Why the exservicemen pensioners are neglected? Are we mot the Senior Citizens of the country? The exservicemen are neglected in all state governments. Similarly Central Government and its public secter units and now the highest Court of the land. If it countinue same the exservicemen pensioners lose faith on Judiciary. I appeal to Supreme Court should takeup the case atonce as "Judicial Emergency " (pllease as new word like External Emergency).

सुप्रीमकोर्ट पर किसी तरह का आरोप लगाना ठीक नही है, लेकिन जिस तरह सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जज श्री डी वाई चंद्रचूड़ बार बार तारीख पर तारीख दे रहे हैं, इससे पूर्वसैनिक बहुत आहत है, उनके इस आचरण से लगता है कि सरकार और कोर्ट में कोई अंतर ही नही है तो फिर कोर्ट की जरुरत क्या है, सरकार को मनमानी करने दो, देश वासियों का पैसा कोर्ट पर क्यों खर्च किया जा रहा !

It is not only disappointment to all Ex Servicemen, but a simple breaching of verdict. It was categorically said by the court during last hearing, that, OROP case will be heard in the first hour on 18.11.2020. Keeping away the said case hearing, other cases were heard and eventually owing to paucity of time again the date of hearing has now been adjourned till 11.01.2021 for the best reason known to them.
