मेरे खयाल से ORP 3 की टेबल हरियाणा,जम्मू,और महाराष्ट्र में एसेंबली इलेक्शन हो जाने के बाद ही जारी होगा। इसका reason ये है की सरकार ORP 3 में कुछ देने वाली नही है और इसका असर इलेक्शन पर परेगा क्योंकि बीजेपी समझती है की ex-servicemen BJP के खिलाफ हो जायेंगे।

साहब, Defence forces एक discipline force है... Government जानती है कि इनको दें या नहीं दें या कितने ही विलम्ब से ही क्यों न दें ऐ लोग मुंह नहीं खोलेंगे ना ही हंगामा करेंगे और इसी का फायदा Government उठाती है . दुसरे civil government organisation में Agniveer जैसा भर्ती करके trial करें देखें वहां क्या होता है .जो भी सरकार को trial करना है... defence forces' पर ही करेंगे जो कि 24 hrs tough duty करते हैं और अनुशासन में रहकर मुंह नहीं खोलते हैं. Government ये जानती है l OROP3 में अनिश्चितकाल समय तक विलम्ब हो सकता है .
