I do like Oropo a lot, he has a cool design, has great voice actors in Frank Lorrain in the original french and Christopher Corey Smith in English, and actually is pretty interesting, however I know some people who are not fond of him, and I do concede that they have some valid criticisms, like Oropo's whole plot felt kinda rushed at some points which is somewhat understandable considering that Season 3 compared to the first two seasons is considerably shorter.

I binged the whole third season in one sitting and it didn't feel rushed to me, probably because I was so wrapped up in it. But I can see how people think that. A lot was hidden for suspense and mystery and then revealed all at once.

I hate that they blamed him for nox and Ogrest. They could fix this by showing that he tried to fix things but failed making him more tragic than crazy. Like they sort of did that in the lore by making him not manipulate dathura but instead have sipho be Ogrest and plant the fear instead without causing the chaos. But ogrest still lost dathura and he got sad. And for Nox Oropo lost the eliacube after trying to use it or he gave it to nox but when he tried to get it back now that he preserved the timeline he failed and lost control of the situation.

Great video Emination. I have an exciting news. The creator of Wakfu, TOT, officially announced that Oropo will make a comeback in season 4. Not just the special episode that is dedicated to him but in the actual season. Yes oropo is definitely dead but TOT said he will appear in another form or per his words: we will see him again from a different perspective. Also Like you said there is a probability that yugo had created hundreds of eliotropes. In season 3 when oropo trapped yugo in his mind, he showed yugo the "ghost" like figures of the eliotropes and there were a lot of them. And yes oropo was the last as all the others died and he benefited from their life energy to extend his own. I liked how you made clear how much oropo suffered and even more than nox and quilby combined. I am looking forward to your next video and to me the quality of your content improved. Wakfu is my childhood, and the animation is crazy; I hope we get a season 4, but I still don't understand the timeline, because how could Yugo create Oropo if he had to go in the past, and leave him there I don't understand. The character growth was crazy in this show; I really liked these animations, and they were a true gift. I want to understand a lot of the lore, and I hope more people do too.

@@marvelous9174 because their existence is incomplete, they're just reflexions of Yugo, Reflexions he created by using the Dofus in the OVA. Yugo didn't know how to use them, and the Dofus deformed his wish of seeing his family again, by creating Eliotropes

Great video, i did skip though parts of your video because i love Wakfu season 3 for the heart and dont want to know everything, I've watched it so many times anyway. What i like about Orapo is that unlike the first 2, orapo had an entire elite gang serving him. Not only that but the brotherhood didn't beat him, they won by turning everyone against him. It was so moving. Ps. Best ending to anything I've ever seen/read ever. The teamwork was heartwarming.

Oh it was so sad when Mishell attacked. All those animals that she loved were killed and she was just heartbroken. TwT And for your recommendation, how's a video on the Sadlygrove's? The eliacube was made by quilby himself out of the youngest machasm's heart. Causing a war against the two speeches who lived in harmony. Therefore killing all the adult eliatropes and dragons with the exception of few dragons. yugo then imprisoned quilby in a the void realm that's outside of space and time. They're home plannet was turned into a balls of ashes untill the second danse when the 10 gods came to be. And turned that planet into the world of 10 then later the world of 12. (The same world were most of the story takes place)

I know another comment line, but i thought of what they could do in season 4. It even fits with the "trailer". You know how in Ogrest episodes it was revealed dally is the reincarnation of iop. It haunted him though season 3. The "can a god live peacefully with his family". Then the divine children in season 3 are all orphans. Ush hates his father. The siblings and Orapo was about to launch an attack on inglorim. What dally went through prevented him from making the same mistake. I think the next season will deal with the divine leaders and there mistakes, and family. Dally and his family will jump in to help the divine children with there violent conversations with there parents. And i can see the antagonist being eliatrop and the great dragon. Which will explain the power up in the "trailer", the 2 swords. And why yugo looks ticked and serous. He's immortal so eliatrop and great dragon is mom and dad. It is great because like season 3 it will get everyone involved. Plus i see dally and his family like echo being the end heroes. Ya totally works and great theme. The problems of being divine. Ill enjoy that. And family.

Pretty sure the enemy in Season 4 are the Mechasms, it was hinted pretty clearly and multiple times :/ Though yeah there's a chance we'll see the Eliatrope Goddess and the Great Dragon

@@simpleman3898 I think the Mechasims were peaceful at first, but then Qilby stole Organax's heart and it started the war. I don't know too much about their culture/background but maybe that was like a huge disgrace or as big a deal as murder or genocide. I do hope that we see Eliatrope Goddess and the Great Dragon too. It'd be so cool to see Yugo and Adamai reunited/ just getting to meet their parents. Since it's the last season i really hope that they show it a little since it's the last time they have to add it in.

Hey ! First of all, great video ! Really liked it, and I had been waiting for it since your last one haha, you should definitely make vids on Qilby and Nox aswell. But obviously, there are some things to point out, and hopefully it'll improve your next videos if I do. I don't know if it's just me, but sometimes I have trouble understanding what you're saying, it's like your speak a little too fast or you mumble your words, or perhaps it's your microphone quality, don't really know. How did Oropo get the Eliacube to give it to Nox, well, it's complicated. ToT said in an interview that Oropo didn't actually give the Eliacube to Nox, and that Oropo and other Eliotropes actually were fighting Grougaloragran trying to get it, and at first Grougal was wrecking them, but they slowly started to get an advantage, and they started winning, and they injured Grougal, it's how he got blind. And because of that, so they wouldn't get the Cube, Grougaloragran literally threw it in the air like super fast with such force that it would basically go on the other side of the world, and when it landed, it landed in a cave which then Nox found. So basically in the show it's said Oropo gave the Eliacube to Nox, but then ToT says in an interview he didn't. So I'll try to put these two stories together by saying Oropo and the Eliatropes actually defeated Grougaloragran, they got the Eliacube, then they planted in a cave on Nox's island. Qilby wasn't trapped in the White Dimension for only a 1000 years, but actually 10982 years, exactly that. He was trapped in the year -10000, and was freed by Yugo and Adamaï in 982. And between Season 2 and Season 3, around 9 years passes, so in Season 3, Qilby had been trapped for the second time for 9 years. And we know he'll be freed in Season 4 most likely, but we don't know how much time will pass between the end of Season 3 and the time where he gets freed in Season 4. Though I really hope he gets an happy ending of some sorts. Pretty sure the Eliotropes weren't sent back in time that far, we don't know so we can only interpret, but IMO they were sent back in time a little bit after the Gods arrived on the World on Twelve, or a bit before. But I think it's a bit after, since in the Dofus MMO there's a quest called 'The Eliocalypse' where it's about Eliotropes and stuff, and that happens in the Dofus Era. Anyway, hope I didn't annoy you with all that lore stuff, just that I'm an extreme fan haha... Anyway, you should definitely come by and check out the subreddit sometime !

Great man. I didn't know that the eliocalypse started in the dofus game. Actually I don't much about the lore hidden the games. And concerning the matter on how nox got his hands on the eluacube, I want to believe it was by pure coincidence. I know that oropo and the brotherhood of the forgotten were behind a lof of things but I would like to think that no one can control everything

Uh, its possible he got the Eliacube from the Child Dimension with the help of Adamai's Dofus, using it like Yugo did so he could enhance his Transdimensional portal powers to the max, he could forcefully open a portal into the Eliacube's dimension to get it back. ..has no one thought of this?

I just assumed that in the two years that passed between Ogrests' defeat and Oropo ordering Poo to capture Sadlygrove's children that basically kicks off the plot of season 3, that Adamai met with Oropo, somehow managed to gather up all of the dofus, then had adamai break into Emrub, overpower Balthazar and nab the Eliacube.

There is actually a shot of Oropo with his brotherhood in the manga. It shows way more people than the number we see in the tower, they're all hooded though so to answer who the other demigods might've been it could be related in some way. Then again I did mention I'm not finished with the manga

I think it's more of everything that occurs since the start of the series is an alternate timeline due to him manipulating the original. Otherwise, he'd remember everything that he did to himself, including taking the dofus and creating the elliotropes.

Hey i realy liked your video. I feel like Oropo was pretty much trapped in a timeloop and this probably was one of the bigest reasons why he wanted to take out the gods and yugo, couse the cicle would continue to ad-infinitum. That is yugo uses the dofus creates oropo, oropo see his entire race die, and see yugo create Oropo and the other clones. It dosent help that he himself probably thinks he has a fake existance becouse he was born with memory of some one that isent himself. Oropo makes me feel more sad about him the nox or qilby becouse at least both of them choose to be that way oropo pretty much was stuck into an infinite loop where he is an impostor of the world greatest hero where he either waits to die or does something to save himself.

Also, Oropo is cool, I''ll admit..but..he doesn't really make sense. The only way for him to exist, along with the other Eliotropes, was if Nox originally found the Eliacube on his own, still became Nox the Clockmaker and cause the problems that he did, and for Ogrest to still have ended up like he did on his own. Because, _Nox_ and Ogrest is the reason Oroppo exists in the first place. The Dofus' powers were required to stop Ogrest's Chaos. So, if Oroppo is _really_ responsible for Nox and Ogrest ending up like how they did..wouldn't that create a time paradox or something? Because if he's responsible, which he can't since it doesn't make sense, then what would have happened if he and the Eliatropes didn't exist? What would happen to Nox and Ogrest and Ogrest's Chaos? ..god damn this spinning my head around and around..hope you got what I was trying to say though.

Its not to complex if you see the current wakfu setting as an alternate timeline. And the original one where Orropo was created and then sent to the future from is the one where he and the elliotropes never existed. So it's in this new timeline that he and his people were born in and he made extra sure to Cause Ogrest’s chaos and Nox to keep the tineline stable.
