8:24 correction here, Ororon's C4 does **NOT** increase his electro application. His burst has special ICD that it strictly only applies electro every 3s and it has no hit ICD so the increase amount of hits cause of faster rotation does not translate to more electro application. a bit of a nerdy talk: however let's say for example you hit the enemy 3.2 seconds cause it has slower rotation speed, but because the hits at C4 is now more frequent you now hit the enemy at 3.1seconds - so it can help with the "practicality" of his electro application, but this example is completely just an exaggeration in order to explain it more clearly, in reality the said effect is much more minor. His C4 is for more damage & the energy refund, but not to "increase" his electro application. (note though, this information came from wiki, they may add that "C4 changes the special ICD" in the future if that's really the case, but as of writing this comment his burst has the said special ICD even at C4)

But thats just development problem. 1.0 genshin is a mess anyway. Bunch of useless artifact, gadget, etc. Genshin 1.0 is rushed anyway, after copying BotW they want to release the game asap Most 1.0 character have weird system anyway. some are busted like xiangling, sucrose. Some are wack (who needs triple shot venti 🤮)

@@CapiCelulang "Genshin was rushed" makes zero sense, the beta was out for 2 years before release, preproduction and concept started 1 year after Honkai 3rd's release. What you're talking about is simply early game design, when they haven't fully explored the capabilities of the game mechanics. You need to release the game first in order to see the full extent of the game's potential and then they did and now have the most balanced game out of all of Hoyoverse's games, with the least powercreep.

Ororon for me very fun to use when exploring with other natlan character. Use ororon to get some elavation, swap to kinich to swing, when ororon cd is over swap to him then repeat. This is how i explore the new highest place in genshin. I think this combo also works with chasca🤔. Like ororon, kinich then chasca.

Ororon is a pretty good off-field taser. He might need a bit of ER, but overall he mostly rely on Elemental Skill and Nightsoul Burst as well as Electro-charged reaction.

i have him maxed out, he deals 10k per passive and that's unbuff (except for the 4pc scroll city buff) considering it's up to 4 enemies, definitely an exceptional choice in AOE scenarios. (c2, lvl90, 1/7/7, 2k atk, 70:180 cr, 130% er) he's definitely a comfort choice than fischl, if only he's not restricted, since you won't have to refresh his skill often and worry if the enemies might get far away. and he also almost doesn't need any field-time as long as you're triggering electro-charged (and in future, as more natlan characters get released) definitely recommended if you want to build him.

I get the feeling Ororon or Fischl is the same argument as Xilonen or Kazuha. Not necessarily an upgrade but a sidegrade and the fact that you'll be able to have one on either side of te abyss should you need to.

Im confused on what ororon as a unit even does- is his only quality is that he can trigger Cinder City, and even that needs high ER to keep it up?? Other then exploration, of course. Edit: What I mean is that each unit has a clear place on how its meant to be built, either a shielder, healer, dps, sub dps, support etc. Ororon seems to just.. exist for an artifact set that can easily go on other natlan characters...

Chevy Team - Ororon VS fischl at full build best case scenario for both : fischl is better - Ororon with Chevy * +12% only to Pyro & Electro with 40% res shred from Chevy - Kick Chevy out replace with Kachina *+40% to Pyro % Electro *put Noblese or Petra on Kachina - Kick Chevy out replace with Xilonen *+40% to Pyro & Electro * 36% Pyro & Electro res shred on crowned Xilonen you can make her hold noblese/Songs of the days/Petra Weird team build: Alhaitham/Ororon/XQ or Yelan/Nahida +40% Electro & Dendro DMG or +40% Elecro & Hydro DMG Raiden's Aggravated Rock Raiden/Ororon/Nahida/Xilonen +40% Electro & Dendro DMG with 36% Electro Res shred on crowned Xilonen. Provided you have a water type(or kachina/xilonen) so far he is the Only one who can provide that 40% cinder city buff to dendro Chevreuse overload team not the best anyway regardless of who is on the team. Emilie is great if you invest and have a team for her but not good outside of it (like a F2P going for low investment team) Ororon Electro charge team beats Fischl Electro charge and Chevreuse Overload on their full investment best case scenario

I like this channel giving guide how to use characters. And mostly not sugarcoating every characters. But this channel too much BITTERcoating some character, example Dehya, i almost believe she is trash, but actually she is the best Burgeon off field by stacking EM to the highest. Thanks to free dehya i can test it myself. Then Kachina, she better use Obsidian4pc than Hero4pc. Because she is good if used to farm Lava Rock monsters and Natlan pyro Automaton. I mean she Jump-Drill dealing AoE dmg, on the field like infinity especially if close to "Gas Station". Longer than Itto burst duration. Some other bittercoat guides are "chaotic chasca" , Cyno, Thoma, candace, & some other in the past i dont remember

chasca + ororon can gain altitude. Do you know those plataforms in the sky on the new chasca mission??? I could reach them with Chasca + ororon just swaping and going up with chasca. It was a little slow, but you could reach anywhere with those two

Hmm i only tried him in trial, i think they kinda screwed up aiming while he is in the air for controller. Because you can't enter aimimg mode with LT/L2 and shoot with RT/R2 while having thumb on right stick to aim. For him is only available to shoot with the normal attack button, which then basically makes it awkward to use rigjt stick for aiming

Its also screwed in general. You cant even aim downwards to underneed him where the enemys are standing and in his jump he always slightly jumps forwards making the distance between enemy and him smaler… NOT helpfull. Because the enemys wil walk up to him underneed him and then You’re unable to hit them. 😂
