The chives you see in this video are Chinese chives known as garlic chives and have white flowers and flatter leaves.You might be thinking of the common onion chives which are hollow., on your baked potatoes and sour cream. The Chinese chives are not readily available in especially European supermarkets unless you visit your local Asian grocery stores and even then hard to find and rare as ants teeth. !
