I’m planning coming out to my parents, and I’m terrified of everything I could lose. Kinda like closing a door on my childhood. Okay, so I’ve been listening too this song for about 6 months or so, as well as Vincent’s song Eurydice, I recently was reading “Greek Myths” by Jean Menzies (highly recommend!!) and I read the story of Orpheus and Eurydice, looking back and listening to the lyrics of both songs can I just say how talented this man is. Their story is one of the worst in Greek Mythology and Vincent has taken the most sad parts of the story written lyrics that are both relatable and fiction and composed a two beautiful stories out of it. Please, if you get a chance read, skim or even glance at their story than take a moment to look at the lyrics and listen to the song again. (Not my crying my eyes out now 😢)
