Ricotta and Spinach Pizza - Italian Style

One of the first things I noticed about how Pasquale cooks, he doesn't waste anything. This is old school and shows an appreciation for having enough for those who have experienced living on less, as he shares about the WW2 days. Bravissimo! Solo alcune cose, una: la verdura si salta con l'aglio schiacciato, vestito o meno; due: il basilico si cima a mani nude e non si lasciano crescere i fiori; la farina si setaccia anche per stendere; la cottura è giusta nella prima parte, ovvero cotta nella parte bassa del forno, poi si sposta a metà.
