Adele - Rolling in the Deep - Chinese Zither Cover 古筝版 (REMASTERED)

This Guzheng (Chinese Zither) cover of Adele's "Rolling in the Deep" was so incredibly awesome that I just had to remaster it.
I downloaded the original clip from Youku (a 7.68 MB flv file) and then upscaled the video to 720p, cleaned it up, warmed the colors, after which I remastered the audio to make it crisp and clean. A few compressors and EQs later things really came together and the beauty of this cover was no longer muddied by the original recording conditions.
After all that treatment the clip grew 48 times in size, to 370 MB. It doesn't look as sharp as a HD recording because no matter how much you polish a 480x320 image you simply can't recreate detail that wasn't captured in the first place. All you can do is minimize the image artifacts and make it scale better on big screens. The sound was easier to salvage because even a cheap mic can record good enough mid-highs if they're powerful enough.
Anyway, I hope you'll enjoy listening to this as much as I did!

Oh wow!!! When I saw the title, I thought it's a weird combination! But it turned out so unique; zither is such a cool instrument for this song!

symbolism to note was Chinese (Syn in modern Hebrew) zither player wore a white (pure, fresh start, reset, sun) sweater. down the front where TWO DNA helixes, four strands, not 2 or 3...we have 3 because RNA is 1/2 open all the time, we are always half zipped. Also in this zither piece i hear drum is time, footsteps, waves, she plays this rhythm enough to get the backup going then she meanders like the wind in and out of bamboo...with a steady return to shore like the waves, it's a kind of washing cycle...comforting reassuring and catchy... The complete opening "unzipping" like uncompressing a zip computer data file is to four strands of DNA, two DNA two RNA, I believe, or have a hunch based on science reading of my very own and symbolism studied in art for about fifty years now, in Hawaii, in Israel and throughout North American West Coast, in person. The Chinese zither (zither slither slitern harry potter reptile snake) has also on her sweater front (hidden in plain sight) the tetraheadron, the Penrose tile, the basic building block of the universe. What is the connection: the music she is playing unpacks the zipped DNA and you get four strands not 3 and one in the middle somewhere. you get balance harmony completion ascension but most importantly you get harmonic echo. with what? with the GALACTIC CORE, WITH THE CENTER OF THE UNIVERSE, you get the right echo.
