subsurface what you want not getting clear. Using differential interaferometry you can estimate subsidence. Do you asking for that ?

@@mohama7551 all radar bands cant show you subsurface information. Radar has many bands like Ka,K,Ku, X ,C S,L,P. with in all this bands C bands have power of penetration of cloud. S,L,P this 3 bands mostly used for subsurface mapping. Actually L is good for vegetation penetration. S and P is good for subsurface due to that most of GPR you will found this bands. But in Sentinel 1 is mainly C bands so subsurface penetration is not possible in that. Hope you understand.

sir, after adding the file this is showing- geolocation info could not be deduced from some of the image

That means those images gelocation information is missing. Either you have remove those images or need to take survey again for proper data collection.
