Great video! You can't argue with science or the Bentist giving you the scientific info! I've lost count of how many times I've told my patients that the whitening kits from wish or groupon with the "fancy light" don't work! And don't get me started on charcoal toothpaste lol!

Ive been really impressed with Crest whitening stripes, even after the first use I noticed a significant difference. My teeth were pretty yellow from drinking so much coffee for 20 years and they are much whiter now. I would definitely recommend them.

For about $50 you can buy one of those hard-core blue lights that clamps onto your table or desk. Are those effective and what kind of products actually utilize the light? Also, in my experience, I’ve liked the pens with the gel and a little paint brush tip.

The whitening gel from the dentist works better than those Walmart strips!!! Yeah it’s more expensive but the results are better! The man has a point but remember everyone teeth’s aren’t the same, for some it takes longer. If you really want to whiten your teeth go to a professional, a dentist 🦷

Lowkey ive been using hydrogen peroxide for my teeth. Id mix hydrogen peroxide, toothpaste, and baking soda into a cup and i brushed my teeth. Then my teeth started getting all sensitive and i stopped thinking it was bad for me and i needed to stop. So i did. I didnt know that its normal and that there was toothpaste for it! Thank you

I mean you can... Just not for long term use. If you dilute 3% peroxide it's not strong enough to damage your teeth. If you use it too long it could lead to tissue damage though.

They can but it can be really bad for your gums. They’ll turn white and then shrink exposing more tooth and can eventually lead to your teeth getting out of place. Since your gums are partly responsible for the position of your teeth
