The name of this hymn is Ti Epermaho' and is sung to Our Theotokos for protection and sung usually during Easter Lent. It is indeed ancient and goes back to Constantinople and the Eastern Roman Empire.

All we Orthodox need to repent more and more so that the grace of god will fill the hearts of those who live in this city and worship again in the Ag Sophia .
