If the sectional plane is passing through the symmetry of the object then in sectional front view, WILL THE PART JOINING THE CYLINDERICAL AND BASE BE HATCHED

Yes particularly in such questions where object is not symmetrical. We need to draw according to questions or from where observer can see maximum view
