I love your layout, your circle made it such a great graduation layout. And an outline would match the lines in the circle (not sure what that color is, black or blue), but me, I would feel the lines have to be perfect to match them, lol, and would not do it for that reason, weird, right? Well, that is because I am horrible at making lines around the layout. I do a few, which are all messy, just like I am doing it on purpose, but it is because I am messy instead. Love this so much! So colorful. I do t think it needs an outline. Also you could have placed the little banner pieces on the left page coming from the left of the page instead of the top of you didn’t want to mirror. Just an idea for the future. It looks wonderful mirrored too!
