Oh my god, you guys are my absolute fave. I'm literally 2 months away from arriving in Rome. 3 months from Palermo. Definitely a pretty chill small city in Sicily. I agree with just walking around and having nowhere to really be. Your best bet is taking a cab to the ancient site 15 mins away and hitting up the bars along the water. Also a very liberal city, the only place in Italy that I smelt weed!

Syracusa is definitely my favorite because of its old town on a peninsula jetting out into the crystal clear clean Mediterranean Sea. Now I learn that old town of Syracusa is called Ortigia.

Hey Alfredo, I have not encountered any problems flying my drone yet. If there are no drone shots in a video that is because that area is locked and the drone will not take off, however, my drone is fully registered with the Italian (European) aviation authorites and is legal to fly in the open zones. I have a DJI Mini 2 and so it does not have as many restrictions as the bigger drones. You can find the registration website here, just be cautious of your surroundings and abide by the rules, and you should be fine! 😅 www.d-flight.it/web-app/
