I've owned one for about 2 years and it's awesome. I usually just play a huge mix list I put on SD card. Good sound and loud at 24 watts. I heard a JBL knock off yesterday and that was crap.

Just received and set up the Ortizan today. It is okay. The sound quality is flat. I’m not sending it back, as it is just a bathroom speaker where sound is not hyper discernible, and once you have a speaker you get used to it and your brain compensates a bit for the short comings, but it’s just not that great.

Help me, I’ve been charging it but it won’t turn on and yes I made sure the charger I’m using works. I tried letting it die by not using it for two days and then charging it again and it won’t turn on. I spent 60 dollars for this I hope it’s not broken. Do u have a fix?

hi can you help me with mine. My ortizan interrupts whatever I am playing by 5x fast beating sounds. What is causing that? Can if fix that or is it malfunction? thank you

Is there a way to lower the bass because on maximum volume the bass drowns out the max volume?

There are three EQ settings. Vocal (which focuses on treble and midrange), Extra Bass (which makes the bass notes a bit stronger), and 3d Deep Bass (my personal favorite, it makes bass much deeper and more like subwoofer-like) They all sound quite different and are easy to tell apart, but to change them, press the EQ button to your liking. 🙂

I bought one and my friend kept asking to borrow it because it has surround quality when we watch movies on his laptop so I ended up buying one for his birthday. Can you connect 2 at once to get surround sound?

Yes. They support TWS (true wireless stereo). Do you have the manual? You can follow the instructions in it for setting it up.

You can use a USB-C charging cable with a phone charger.

Do you have the cable plugged in far enough (to the speaker)? I only ask because I have occasionally has issues with USB-C not charging because I didn't have the plug pushed in enough. If that is not the case, I would contact the seller.
