I have zipper version of frame bag for four years. It's great but zipper broke two years ago and now (after guarantee exchange) it brokes again. So I will try Frame Bag RC because I'm tired of thinking - if zipper will broke again.

@@forbido I've just tested it, and a Jetboil fits in perfectly, with space to the side still and multiple folds down on top.

I’m tempted to get these fork packs for my fairlight secan 2.5. I’m a bit concerned that it will damage the fork? It’s got the 3 mounting points required. Your carbon fork hasn’t fallen apart has it? Great video

The RC frame pack is so you can pack more as the other one would harder to zip up

The fork packs are brilliant, very stable and the mount is solid. The weight limit is not massive, but enough for the majority of things you might want to put in.

Are these the 5.8l or 4.1l fork pack? It seems to be the 4.1l? Would the 5.8l be practical?

I didn't realise there are now 2 sizes available. I would think these are 4.1 litre.

Hey Matt, nice informative vid. I seem to bust zips with my frame bag, I’m quite interested in this system although seems you’re not so sold on it?

The zip on the Orlibeb frame bag version is the biggest and strongest I have used on any bikepacking bag. It is also fully waterproof.

The fork bags makes my Ritchey Outback wobling a bove 35 km / hr, what is yr experience. (In combination with back panniers.)

I don't recall having any problems with these bags. They are very solid.

I think they are Ere Research Tenaci TLR 44mm.
