Actually Previous Generation Facelift model (2018) is the best looking City ever. This looks more like Amaze. Moreover City Petrol is better than Diesel, it’s iVtec is unmatchable.

I had Yaris and city in mind , but went for Yaris as it had 7 airbags even from base model , I took g model and chnaged the audio system alone , less in feature but stable and long life , but sadly they stopped but Toyota assured parts assistance for 10 years

Good review sir. Last year i test drove city and ciaz. Both were same and bought ciaz because of price difference. My ciaz is petrol manual smarthybrid. It gives average of 18kmpl. I once drove in 55km speed in highway and got around 23.4kmpl mileage. I would say ciaz is more value for money. City has a seperate fan base.

Sir, I am owning the same 5G Petrol Automatic V base model. Vehicle is very pleasant and refined. Honda has included all primary top end features in the base model itself. Boot-space is massive 506 litres. Very good value for money purchase. Ungal review parthathil miga sandhosam. 👌

@@TheDASTHA Automatic gives me 12 in city and 16 in highway. Instrument cluster shows 12 but if i calculate full tank to empty then it gives me around 13 in city and same 16 in highway. I will always drive in ECO mode and won’t floor my peddle. Will always drive in 1.5 to 2 RPM. 60-70 in city and 120 in highway.

Bro I have Diesel city. It gives 28 km at high way with the speed between 80 to 90 with Ac. and 20 km at Town poor Roads. So pls carefully drive.very sure u will get 28 km per liter. Top speed it goes up to 185 km per hour

Bro good review I agreed your point about all features and safety loaded in basic model V but it's cost arround 13.70 on road in chennai so obviously we expect all features in this price point. In this price point we will go SUV. I guess still City 4th gen looks good compare to 5th gen and also price is less than 2.5 l

Yes I agree with your point that 4th generation looks better. From the engineering point, they primarily wanted to improve the leg room in the back seat as well as to improve the boot space for luggage which has made the car lengthier with lower height to balance the centre of gravity. 4th Gen looks aerodynamic and sportier. 5th Gen looks luxurious and classic. (It’s also good in aerodynamics) 100% family vehicle. I-VTECH is super refined for longer rides. Back seat gives lounge comfort

Let me also give you a better comparison. Skoda is very well known for its built quality. It is much stronger compared to Honda. Rapid is 100% stronger compared to latest city but It’s successor Škoda Slavia is manufactured to compete with Honda city 5G’s road presence and made of same kushaq’s IN platform. So it’s build quality is under test and still not known. Also Rapid is sportier and Slavia is luxurious. We need to check all the engineering facts and choose what is required for us.
