I had similar experiences. I can think better and code at my own pace. If someone asked or instructed me and watching me to code, I would not be able to perform even a simple task no matter how practiced I'm. But what I learnt from this. Consistent practice will make you confident so that you can dominate the technical round. Confidence is the key. So keep practicing!

I do take lots of interviews. By listening to your narration, I think your main problem is that you are not technically bad, doing coding in the public. My simple advice is to do pair programming with any friend. Pair programming will drain you but will give you the boost for doing public coding. I won't suggest you to waist time on leetcode. Most of the companies (99%) don't ask leetcode problems.

Hi bro, what you did for the test is enough to get selected. I guess its there task to complete and they tried with applicants and rejected. Normally technical test are to check your logical skills than solve some business usecase like this. I think they are overloading employes as you see HR roles generally is to check interpersonal and communication skills only, I am not sure it is common in dubai, I am sure in India, US or Europe it is not like that. All the best bro, let hope for the best. Small tip if you cannot convince then confuse.

Yeah what you said is right, if they see the online task , I have done so many logics. They didn't consider that, instead they just put me into an unprofessional interview process. Anyway, learned a lot from that chapter, again its their policy to conduct interview.
