INGREDIENTS:
Chicken - 01 cup
Red chilly powder - 02 tablespoons
Cornflour - 01 tablespoon
Vinegar - 01 tablespoon
Coriander leaves - 01 handful
Ginger - medium size piece
Garlic - 05 to 08 cloves
Dried chilly - 01 handful (can increase or decrease according to the spice level of chilly)
Tomato sauce - 02 tablespoons
Soyasause - 02 tablespoons
Vegetable oil - as required to fry the chicken
PREPARATION:
*Marinate the chicken using the ingredients shown in the video.
*Let it rest for an hour.
*Fry it in the oil by turning both sides.
*while chicken gets fried,prepare the masala by using the chilly and ginger garlic taken.
*Just crush it .
*Remove the fried chicken from the oil and keep a tablespoon of oil in the pan.
*Add the prepared masala into the oil and saute until raw smell dissapper.
*Now add the remaining ingredients as in the video.
*Mix well till the masala gets coated to the chicken pieces.
And its ready...a great combo with fried rice and noodles.
