You should give it a little time because after u work out ur muscles tear apart. (Dont worry its supposed to happen). It takes a couple days for them to repair, and when they do, they repair a little bigger than before, adding more mass. You should have done the second weigh in like 3 days after the workout, whilst doing it for 3 days straight. Stay on the grind!
