The pink light flashing in the whole wasn’t actually a camera, but an IR blaster. The most common use of an IR blaster is to allow a device to change the channel and control the options on an external device such as a cable box, set-top box, blu-ray player, DVD etc. Advantages of using an IR Blaster: IR Blaster enables us to control connected external devices with TV using the Smart Touch Control. Androids actually have the IR blaster, but not in the notch like iPhones and up at the top of the phone instead of the notch. Hope this helps! ❤

On an iPhone it actually isn’t used like a tv remote but it is IR light, it is just allowing the phone to scan your face with Face ID to save power if your not paying attention by going to sleep

Love your videos, you’re the best KZbinr I’ve ever seen. I’d like to let you know that 10:54 that light on iPhone is an infrared sensor, and proximity sensor. Which detects the lightning conditions of outside for adjusting auto brightness. And that infrared sensor also used for 3d scanning our faces for better face id. That’s why iPhones has the best Face ID. Android phones uses only front camera for face id which only takes our photo which is less secure. It’s not a conspiracy theory. Thank you 😊

Hey Rug! Love your videos, I wanted to help you debunk the iPhone Infrared Camera theory. The phone isn’t recording you, it is used for Face ID, and other things. For when the phone was unlocked and it was still projecting, it uses the camera sensor to see if you’re looking at the phone or not. This is so if you look away from your phone, it auto dims. It also uses it for Memoji and other apps and features that require the TrueDepth Camera. Android Phones do not have the TrueDepth Camera, so therefore it does not work on androids. Some Android Phones may have infrared sensors, but it won’t work the same way as an iPhone.

I love the Mandela effect ...it is coming from 2 things 1- human brain doesn't focus on the details , 2- the brain doesn't like not to know something, so when you're not sure about some details the brain lies you into believing that you actually know the answer. It even can change your memories.The effect is more noticeable on spelling of words because the brain actually doesn't need all of the letters to read the word!

Hey Brian, the phone recording conspiracy, it is two things, with iphones, the first light is infact face id, then after it changes to he phones screen brightness detector, ( basically the thing that dims the brightness of the screen ), this is not just a iphone thing, some androids have these functions hidden under the screen.

A small insight on what ik about the iPhone, the light that flashes is actually a sensor that detects if u r actually looking at the device or not, like for auto sleep functions of the device, I believe we can turn it off in the settings.

That red light is indeed a front cam indicator. It indicates when camera is active. We dont see it during selfies due to it being small and dimmed down to no anoy user side. But yes Iphone does survailence theyr users. Its already been prooved by many It experts
