I'm interesting by this fly rod in 9' 8wt, but I don't like fast action rods, All rods of this series had a medium action but 7wt and more are fast action, It's really fast?

Yes that’s the exact model I have in this video. It’s medium fast. I think it would probably work well for you

Not as fast as the Redington Vice, but that's not necessarily a bad thing😉
