I fish mostly tailwaters where a double nymph under an indicator rig and dry droppers are the rule. Great video, especially the casting piece from Pete. I mostly just water load cast with a tuck at the end but the "end just below eye level" reminder is a really good one.

Experiment ~ Tom have you ever tried. Kelly Gallop drop shot leader? I run the split shot about 8to 10” below the bottom fly. Find this very effective especially in faster moving water.

I take those pinch indicators, place them in the center of my sighter. I place a drop or 2 of crazy glue on them before I pinch them down.

I use white airlock then take a bright Orange felt tip and just make a round spot on the top of the indicator. The fish sees white you see bright.

Great video and very insightful. What we like to do in the south is use a piece of styrofoam we find on the river bank to use an indicator. Simple but effective and earth friendly. Thanks for what y’all do.

Ok there you go, Tom. Step in the right direction, moving back to what you're good at- interviewing people who know what they're doing. Hopefully we'll start to see more vids with the focus on guys like Pete, and much, much less of you telling us what you read or heard about.
