good one bro! continue your series. Best example for sequential vs concurrency vs parallel is the waiter example, Consider 2 persons are visiting a hotel, 1. Sequential - Waiter will take order from person 1 and chef will prep the meal and waiter will serve and will go to person 2 take the order and chef will prep the meal and serve. 2. Parallel - 2 waiter will be there to take the order and n chef will prep the meal and serve.(n waiter and n chef will be there for n persons) 3. Concurrency - Waiter will take order from person 1 and chef will prep the meal, now instead of waiting waiter will go to person 2 and take the next order and give it to chef, basically waiter will not wait he will continue to do task, like once the person 1 meal is ready he will serve to person 1, meanwhile if a person 3 comes he will take order once he finishes person 1 serving etc.

Even DRAM can have row access stalling or refresh cycles which can introduce variability in access time. I just over simplified it.
