Omg can you please be my doctor? It seems like as soon as I go back for this to my primary I'm going to get sent back to the specialist for a runaround again. When I went the first time and they caught this they want to do every treatment possible all while I'm becoming more and more injured. I just want the surgery to get this taken care of.

I had mine triggered as a kid in a soccer injury. Was told for years that nothing was wrong. I've had both ankles injured and dealt with this. I'm in my 30s and don't really play sports anymore. I just try to take it easy with the kind of exercise I get. Biking, hiking, that kinda stuff. I haven't had a reirrititation in years. I just happened to think of it talking to someone else about it and I was curious if more people had heard of it now. I hope I never have to have surgery. Seems like it would be a long recovery when I get older

One of my ankle bones (on the outside) is bigger (almost like double ankle) than my other foot, i do play soccer but it was never result of injury. Matter of fact I discovered it accidentally and have no idea what caused it. It don’t hurt when i play only when the ankle is touching the ground with my weight on top of it. 🤷🏻

I have this and it sucks so bad. I had an MRI done and the stupid orthopedic drs still are trying to say it’s gout when the MRI dr who reviewed it said it was os trigonum syndrome and everything you said in this video is exactly what I feel

Yep i was misdiagnosed with gout by 3 separate doctors. They have be in a cast now but I'm going to push for surgery because I'm still in a lot of pain.

I live in Australia and recently had ankle surgery, along with an os trigonum arthroscopy which i previously had years of podiatry and physio to no avail. Luckily our medical systemic is very good here so one appointment via referral with an orthopaedic surgeon; he bulk billed my MRI and operated on other parts of my ankle including an anterior deltoid debridement and posterior deltoid and FHL synovectomy

I have this and nerve compression, not sure if my insurance will cover it or if I can get FMLA (Family medical leave act) for it because my company is so cheap, they may not qualify. Had pain for almost 12 years now, getting worse.

I am Sorry for u. I have the same problem, Will probably get surgery. Have Pain since 7 years. If it's not covered from insurance i suggest you to come to Europe or Canada and get It here (It Will cost much less even going to a private). Good luck

@@unwntdgah3 I needed to get a cortisone injection because of the scar tissue from the surgery, but after that which was about 6 weeks ago, it’s starting to become a lot better, range,mobility vise, still not great yet, still doesn’t feel right and hurts on the bottom when walking still, but I’m seeing and feeling a-lot more progression now. When did you have the surgery? And how did yours happen?
