Using the electronic card for transportation was really inconvenient, and the process was quite confusing. I wasn’t able to successfully use the free transportation feature, so I can’t explain how it works. If possible, I recommend getting a physical card instead. Also, this card cannot be used by multiple people at the same time. However, if one person wants to visit one attraction and another person wants to visit a different one, the second person can use the card. Essentially, the card is recognized rather than the user. I remember that you need to scan their QR code at the counter through the electronic ticket app, and then it will generate an entrance ticket. When you enter, just show them the barcode to scan. Anyway, my suggestion is that electronic tickets are really inconvenient and not very foreigner-friendly, so if possible, try to buy a physical ticket instead.
