I appreciate the sentiment, I’m sure you’ll love it when you’re able to visit! Thankfully it's easy for Aussie passport holders to enter visa free.

@ let’s hope so! But still keep pumping your videos out it inspires me in my nursing placement travels and at home to find a new video from you! One day and I’ll have to tag you in my adventures once the degree is finished and I’m also hoping for Osaka!

Going back to Japan for the second time, with my partner and two kids in February. Spending most of the time in Hokkaido, but Osaka and Tokyo on the way back to Australia. Cant wait ! Taking notes of these food stops. The food was glorious last time we were there.

Hokkaido in February would be magical. Unlike me, you'd get lots of snow! ❄️❄️❄️ I'm officially envious.

It’s been 5 months since we returned from Japan…your excellent video has rekindled my longing for friendly, helpful people, a society focused on common sense, politeness and respect, affordable glorious food…so much to miss! Of course the focus on assisting your friend in the wheel chair goes without saying…I particularly like the Coffee Shop at the end…great to see the old school places still exist…I could also smell that cigarette smoke too😂 Another wonderful journey thanks Ryan.👏

@@james7149 indeed... My friends were insistent I film the whole wheelchair proceedings with Osaka Metro! Yes, the staff are faultless to a tee.

@@ryansofly My perception of how the Japanese get things done was with an attitude of taking pride in what the do…from cleaning streets to crewing aircraft…in fact all manor of occupations with a constant focus of doing the best they can…and, in their service industries no tipping…amazing!
@ryansofly21 күн бұрын
@james7149 you got that right. They give 100 percent. And I truly appreciate that. One of my fave is how they wave to an aircraft once the wheel locks have been removed and the flight is ready to taxi. They bow, stand there and wave until we can't see the ground crew anymore. It's very endearing.
@james714920 күн бұрын
@ So endearing…when our coastal ship journey departed from Otaru, same thing…bowing and enthusiastically waving…gives an instant connectedness and strangers become friends like in your reference to the ramen restaurant 🤗
