I found it interesting that the cows get massages and a diet that includes beer. (We are Workampers and travel around the US in an RV, stopping to work along the way). While in North Dakota, we worked at the Sugar Beet Harvest. There we learned after removing the sugar from the beets, the leftover "mash" is made into animal feed pellets that are almost exclusively shipped to Japan for Kobe Cattle. With a diet of beer and sugar, you can understand what makes Kobe beef so delicious.

Yup! Fried garlic and wasabi.. The cheaper cut was just as tender so I would recommend that rather than the rib eye! It will save you $100..!🤣🤣🤣

Oh my gosh, The Kobe looks so good!!! My mouth actually watered lol! This is still on our bucket list. We decided not to go because that place is so fancy and we didn't want Giana going nuts in such a fancy place with expensive food. Our friends went without us 😭.Maybe when she's older. We didn't get to go on the ferris wheel either, so cool. When you said, "Maybe if you go to school and get a job we can eat here again" Totally made me laugh. Expensive but worth it!

i'm heading to Japan soon and as i start making our itinerary for the trip, Kobe has been one place that i'm considering to visit from Osaka bc it seems perfect for a day tour. i'm really contemplating hard right now haahhahaha. love how its fast and easy to go to Kobe from Osaka. i remember riding the subway from Shinjuku to Shibuya and it makes me appreciate the train system in Japan because of the convenience despite the insane crowds. i should probably mention Kobe Beef to my family for our trip? makes planning for the trip even more difficult now haha. oh wow authentic kobe beef, so awesome and looks delicious waah! thanks for sharing! c/t

Was Japan your trip before the lockdown? Ours was Egypt. We did not go to the Kobe Steak restaurants. We don't eat meat. We went to Kobe Earthquake Museum and the Saki Brewery. Hope you did.
