What is this housing area called? We plan to move out of Palatium the Terrace this summer. We saw this posted on fb but I thought it looked old. But omg now that I see how big it actually is 😍 We are wanting to see if this location will work for us, especially our teens.

This is still in the Osan area, you just need to find a realtor that has homes to show (or willing to find homes)

@@EverydayArmyWife My husband ended up finding the housing area today and we drove by. Talked to our realtor and he will talk to the manager for this housing area. Hopefully one of these homes becomes available for us this summer 🤞🏼

@@Uncle_Beau It’s a nice apartment but we were at the basement level. I need more natural lighting for my sanity and my plants. 😂 And we plan to be here for 5-6yrs so living in a single house makes more sense. We plan to have plenty of visitors through out the years. So more space was needed. Plus our new location provides school bus service for my 3 teens. So love that too. Since Palatium terrace is walking distance from the main gate there is no school bus service. So at times my kids walked all the way to school or took taxi or caught a ride with my husband.

rent here varies drastically. so I cant give you a good estimate because landlords set their own prices. I will say this house would be for a dual income family or an officer OHA There are homes around Osan just not as many compared to Humphreys and not as cheap as humphreys either.

I was about to say! 5 bedroom in the economy. …Holly cow at least $4k. Same in Italy. We were stationed 3 years and dual military would only be able to afford nice houses 🤣
