when you solved for the N (no of slits being illuminated) you got 600*20= 12000, but isnt that 20mm supposed to be first converted into metres which would 0.02*600= 12 lines per metre and then put it in the equation? cause took the wavelength in metres so... i can be wrong

The millimeters from the diameter cancels out by the lines per millimeter leaving out the lines being illuminated which is N, so there is no need to change to meters, good luck for exam tom @Jatin Lohia
