I’ve followed Oscar since he was around nine years old, and despite his rising fame, he has always remained humble. Rather than seeking the spotlight, Oscar focuses on spreading positivity and driving meaningful change through his music. He’s truly one of my favorite musicians and an inspiring role model for young teens.

Oscar is a storyteller. For such a young man, I truly believe he knows where he's going. He has a lovely personality, and I think he's very special. He'll go far.

Thank you very much for your analysis of Oscar's performance at AGT. I was fascinated by 9-year-old Oscar's powerful cover of "Sweet Child o' Mine" (Guns N’Roses) in 2017, and since have been following his artistic development. As a 13-year-old, he left his record deal with Universal Music Sweden signed as a 10-year-old. As Linda Warden-Burglund wrote, Oscar is a storyteller. I've made many compilations of his short Instagram story clips to save them for YT users. In August 2023, Primitive Planet Films released a documentary about Oscar on Vimeo & YT, also showing his climate and 'surfers-against-sewage' activities. Written 2 years ago, his meaningful original song "What If" deserves even more recognition today because it gives people confidence...

I saw him on Swedish tv when he was 10 years old. He was already quite good then! I remember thinking that that kid will go places!

I'm from Las Vegas, and I started following this talented musician and lyricist for a while, and it's pleasing to hear a positive appraisal from a professional voice coach. I think that lad will be very popular in the future and I'm thrilled to follow him. There's something alluring about him.

First heard of Oscar about 3 years ago. He performed a concert for the Sweden Royal Family a year earlier when he was 11 years old. The song was "don't stop believin" by Journey. He blew me away with that performance, been following on his KZbin account ever since. Very genuine and talented young man.

In addition to this song, Oscar's original songs are meaningful and naturally change people's thoughts in a good direction. So I like Oscar's original songs.

I would love to hear your reaction to two other Swedish singers, Tommy Johansson and Erik Grönwall. Both born 1987 and metal rock singers. For Tommy I recommend Phantom of the opera as a first reaction. For Erik, I will always love you, the Whitney Houston version. Enjoy!

Hello Johan - not sure if you have reviewed this singer already ? Jordan Matthew Young performing original song "One Good Hook" live in studio, Austin, TX.

One major problem with AGT is that the show offers singers/musicians too short a time to properly show their talents. Similar shows in the UK, Germany, Spain, Australia, and especially in France, demand more of their performers and give them two or three times as long to do so.
