How many dogs are abandoned on rubbish dumps in Greece. Thousands upon thousands. It’s a national disgrace. Are there other shelters in Crete rescuing abandoned dogs or are you the only one? You are certainly the MAIN one. The municipal government needs to give you an award and start promoting similar animal shelters run on your model. Look how many visitors - esp from overseas go to Crete just to visit you and choose a dog or two to take back home. That’s such valuable tourism in all the best ways. 🤩

Precious old Oscar, beautiful ears cut and abandoned twice. No dog deserves any of this. But now he isvsafe, surrounded by his friends and all the love in the world from Taki. Oscar has really pretty eyes + colouring. So so many sad stories each of these poor babies have. Now each of them know peace, safety and love. 🤗♥️☘️🐾🌈☮️🇨🇦
