Does Oscar support FHIR Patient Summary?

Just before the 5:30 mark, you explain the meaning behind the letters on the schedule - for example, clicking E takes you to the Patient Encounter screen, which I gather is the equivalent of a clinical note. The last "letter," is an RX, and you say (approximately), "this takes you to the prescription billing function,." Aren't prescriptions and billing two quite-different functions?

OK, I listened to it again - specifically, you say, "...and RX is a prescription module to bill that patient." This is confusing to me, especially given that you've just moments before explained that the letter B takes you to the Billing function. Why then is their an RX symbol AND a dollar-sign at the end together?
