It would have to be a leading nomination and it’s also the horror/thriller genre so that’s going to be tough but then again very possible movies this year are not cutting it

I am absolutely against forced diversity. But I'm totally in for talent and sincerity. And Lupita Nyongo is talented and sincere.

twistedblktrekie I agree. Viola Davis still didn’t win and she is a phenomenal actress. If it was “ forced “ diversity Viola Davis would have won.

12 Years a Slave was a really powerful but hard movie to watch. Lupita was just sensational in this movie. She’s incredible in everything she has been in. She’s in the same league as Viola Davis, Charlize Theron, Meryl Streep, choosing very interesting yet important stories. Amazing actress.

All Hail Crystal Lord That’s not racist. The definition of racist is saying something bad about another race or believing your own race is superior to others. She/he said nothing along those lines. Chocolate is just a cuter way of saying dark. It’s not an insult.

It's hilarious to me how Liza Minelli randomly hugged her. Even Lupita was confused.

I know its seems a bit odd, but weirdly you can feel so truely proud of people you barely know. I've felt that way before towards someone who a barely knew who achieved something.
