ES remains the top tier gold standard Lead Actress Daytime Emmy winners circle, she's the female counterpart to Anthony Geary's eight Lead Actor Emmys. Heather Tom does have a total of six Emmys but she has not tied Slezak's historic wins, only number of Emmys as an actresss. All of Slezak's are in Lead Actress while only three of Tom's six are in Lead, two in Young Actress and one in Supporting. Slezak is the best actress to ever grace daytime soaps...ever!

Heather Tom is a great actress in her own right. There's no need to tear one actress down to appreciate another.

@@RhaegarTargaryen1st I'm not doing that but Heather Tom's wins have been forced. She had a hard time winning with final ballot judges. She won twice and lost seven times before the switch in 08. And Brad Bell hardly gives her anything but Emmy bait from what I hear.
