Stage 1- Breath chaotically through nose, concentrating on the exhalation, the body will take care of the inhalation. Do it fast and hard until you become the breath. Feel you energy building up and dont let it go. Stage 2- Explode! Let go of everything that needs to be thrown out within. Go totally mad, scream, shout, cry, jump, shake, dance, sing, laugh, throw yourself around. Just wittness w/e is happening within you. Be total. Stage 3- HOO, HOO, HOO, with raised arms, jump up and down with the mantra HOO. Each time you land flat on your feet, let the sound hammer deep into your sex center. Give it all you have and exhaust yourself totally. Stage 4- STOP, freeze in what ever position you are in. Dont arrage the body in any way, a cough a movement will offset/ disapate the energy, the flow and energy will be lost. Wittness everything happening to you. ' Stage 5- Celebrate, rejoyce with music and dance. Express your grattitude outwards towards the whole. Then carry your happieness within you the rest of the day. Those steps comes from Oshos book "Meditation, the first and last freedom" for the Dynamic meditation.

Wow so impressed it looks like a natural evolution of the dynamic meditation. The first phase is more enjoyable and natural. The jumping hu chant is more organic and more akin to tribal dancing and earth energy. Normally this is the most off putting phase of the meditation. It’s taught to rigid and i whiteness too many people getting injured of of this. I have dreamt of this video before seeing it. Because the jumping phase I wanted to adapt and your version is more elegant Han what I had in mind. The breathing phase feels more lighter. The duration seems more adequate for solo practice which can be very challenging on ones own. Thanks so much for the inspiration will give it a try in an hour or so before the crack of dawn. Much love light and all that hippie bullshit. Celebrating with y’all

Forget the words bro its the energy behind them. Words mean nothing, when I wrote the lyrics I was in a state of pure creativity and expression, if your whole day is effected by a few meaningless words then your meditation is useless. Maybe you could see that "wasting my time" is a good thing as its propelling you to be present. Although my future meditation music will be made instrumental due to this problem. Peace

Sorry friends, maybe I'm old school to you, but this so soft..a version of what is supposed to be a total interior clean up. If it helps you go ahead, but to it's a joke and has nothing dynamic.. for the complainers of the old version , of course it has to be raw and demanding, how else will you get to the core of your being, and discover what unknowingly you keep stashed in your unconscious, and getting rid of ages of sociatal conditioning?! I know it's a damm marathon, raw, traumatic and impossible, but the result....... the actual meditation... wow!!!

There is nothing different about this meditation its only the music in 5 stages. Ive only ever learnt how to do this meditation from oshos instructions. Chaotic breathing, emotional catharsis, hu mantra, silence and free movement. Ive been to the osho ashram in jabalpur and done their version and I gave the same amount of power to that one as I did this. This is only meditation music thats all, its still up to you to give it your all. Osho explains in the meditiation each stage must be done consecutively as the energy built in the previous stage needs to keep building throughout. Therefore its better to have 5stages constantly flowing.into eachother. I have the full 1hour on my channel for people who want that experience, whats wrong with the shorter version ? Its exactly the same. Maybe there are people out there who'd never try the hour but the half an hour sits best, is it not better to do that instead of nothing ? Some days I don't have time for a full hour so I do half an hour.. again it is better than nothing. It depends on what you put in, this is simply music. You can't hear my screams in this video because it is muted but assure I gave it as much of my being and energy as anyone did at the jabalpur ashram in india.

Only practice the 1 hour version that OSHO released for the public. Otherwise it doesn't bring you the full benefite and on the contrary, it can literally harm you. Then everybody will say that Dynamic Meditation sucks The one hour version is pushing the person over his limits and arranges the energies in a certain way, which is exactly the point.

I have met a number of sanyasins, who always told me dont try to do your own thing and follow each step properly... & I have been doing dynamic for over 10 years, helped me tremendously , personally I don't think theres the need to create small/ trimmed version becuase anytime I'd do any modification/ dont spend whole hour I wont feel full bliss. I'd advise stay away from these mini Oshos.

The only reason I made this is so I myself and others can practice the exact dynamic mediation technique osho taught for a shorter time. I havr been to oshos birthplace, been to the jabalpur ashram, sat in the classroom where he taught in university, met some of his old friends. I am not trying to imitate or change the meditation, the time is only shorter. There are people out there who don't want to do the full hour but this version works for them. Fair enough. The reason its labeled as osho meditation is because every step is suppost to be performed to same as the full hour. How osho taught.. I haven't learnt anything other than osho's dynamic meditation meditation.

@@MrHarry1 If a person does not want to dedicate one hour for meditation then what transformation are they seeking for? It is just a mind trap. There is no shortcut for transformation. I did dynamic meditation for 4 yrs non-stop , every single day! Only after 6 months it started to work and after 2-3 yrs I was unrecognisable. Meditation developed by an enlightened being like Osho is not just throwing a few stages here and there and putting some music on, it is an alchemy. This method WORKS and will change the person TOTALLY if performed for one hour with the music designed by Osho, preferably with Osho lovers first to taste the energy. I have linked an article for you where Osho told the original musician not to change the music. Thousands have done this meditation and the original music connects to that energy filed. I think your music is lovely but you are playing a dangerous game to suggest shortcuts and some other music to human beings without knowing anything about inner alchemy. Osho said that one can go mad by practising the wrong method or a method not designed by a Master. That is why really hardly anyone transforms in this world. SO I am quite passionate not to dilute methods from Osho - it is a spiritual crime! Also, I wish you did not fall for shortcuts and actually did Osho Dynamic for a few yrs. You will be blown away!

Hey yes thats what i designed the music for :) ive included a bell at each stage of the meditation. All you need to do is play the music and start the medatation and everytime the bell rings you move to the next stage :)

It's always amazing to me when an ENLIGHTENED man gifts something to the world some people think they know better. this is not Osho dynamic but god knows whats this. You can make everything you want but dont call Osho name. the first stage of Osho dynamic is an intensive breathing but this guy is dancing. Third stage (Hu mantra) is very funny in this video, he is dancing again))) Dynamic meditation is not a dancing meditation, this is about centring and energizing the center but this person is disassembled completely. And real Osho dynamic music is more deep and stronger than this mix

Each stage is timed accordingly to go with the osho dynamic mediation. What do you mean by fake music ? i spent 2 days making this music for those who wish to practice dynamic mediation for a shorter amount of time.

Osho specifically said not to change the meditation. Cutting the length of time is changing it. No thanks.
